Collection

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR BREAK: Please note, we are closed from midday 21st December 2017 to Tuesday 2nd January 2018 inclusive. Therefore, between these dates, you will be unable to collect orders, and we are unable to despatch any orders for delivery. Our annual stock take in early January will also affect order collections. Click here for full information.

All collections are subject to stock availability and opening times.

Conditions for online ordering

Please note, online orders can only be placed if the billing address is in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, including their islands.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept online orders from the Republic of Ireland. Please contact us on 01404 892100 during office hours to place your order.

Ordering online for collection & advising us of collection date

On the Delivery Method page of Checkout, select 'Customer to Collect' from the dropdown and click on Next Step. On the Confirm Order page, check that it says 'Customer to Collect' against Delivery. In the 'Special Delivery Instructions' box please enter the date you intend to collect the goods and the details of the person/carrier who will be collecting if they are collecting on your behalf. Click on Next Step and proceed through the Checkout process. See How to Order for more information.
