Brewmaster Brewing Machine
 The Brewmaster, manufactured by Speidel, is a compact, self contained brew system with fully automatic, programmable temperature and time functions and integral sparging pump. The very accurate temperature and time controls allow reliable replication and consistent results.
Available in 20, 50, and 200 litre capacities. The 20 and 50 litre models are perfect for breweries developing new beers, or for enthusiastic home brewers. The 200 litre model is suitable for start-up micro-breweries.
 Any type of beer can be made in the Brewmaster, for example, lager, wheat beer, English ales, “Blonde” beer, etc..
The Brewmaster combines the functions of hot liquor tank, mash tun and copper in one space-saving compact vessel. The vessel is fitted with a 2 kW heating element to give fast heating and a pump for sparging, and has precise, programmable time and temperature controls.
The Brewmaster can be programmed by the brewer according to the recipe for the beer being brewed, with the following programmable phases:
- Mashing the wort
- Protein phase
- Maltose phase
- Saccharification phase
- Hop boiling
At each stage the precise temperature and time can be set and the Brewmaster gives appropriate prompts to the user at each stage.
After hop boiling the wort can be rapidly cooled using the optional stainless steel wort cooling coil.
The beer then needs to be transferred to a fermenter for fermentation.
The 200 litre model will suit start-up micro breweries. It is supplied with a lifting crane to lift the malt cylinder, and an external cooling jacket which can be connected to the cold water supply in order to cool the wort. Also available, a 240 litre fermentation tank with external cooling/heat exchange jacket and temperature control unit.
