There are two principal models of Willmes press, the Merlin and the Sigma.
The Merlin press has rigid vertical perforated juice channels and wide doors to give very easy access and is a very versatile press suitable for all wine making applications. Models available from 1200 litres to just over 5100 litres capacity.
The Sigma has flexible juice channels and central juice drain and is suitable for oxidative and reductive operation. Available in capacities from 700 litres up to 32,000 litres |
