Vigo in-line 2000 lph carbonator

Designed and built by Vigo, this in-line carbonator is suitable for the carbonation of cider, water and soft drinks.

• Construction in AISI 304 & 316 stainless steel
• Stainless steel stabilisation tank
• High-pressure pump
• A regulator and sniff valves to maintain the required level of pressure
• Pneumatic and manual closing valves
• Injector
• Pump for product transfer to bottle filling machine
• Computer control system
• All contact parts stainless steel, with the exception of seals made from food-grade material 
• Carbonator mounted on a stainless steel frame with feet

Operation:
The product is drawn from the chilled holding tank by a high pressure pump, carbonated, and allowed to stabilise in the settling tank from which it is fed to the filling machine.  The carbonation process is fully automatic.
The carbonator is fitted with a CIP (clean-in-place) system.
