The MT32 is a compact keg washer with fully automatic multi-stage washing cycles with a capacity of 20 kegs per hour.  The cleaning cycle includes rinse, hot caustic, acidified wash, sanitiser rinse and sterile water rinse, and the kegs are left fully pressurised with C02. 

Working cycle:
  • Manual connection to two kegs by flexible hoses
  • Kegs placed on stands
  • From now on the cycle is totally automatic:
    • Valves open to drain residual product from kegs
    • The kegs are washed with water and then drained and blown with compressed air
    • Pump 1 starts washing with a pre-heated caustic cleaning agent
    • The caustic cleaning agent is returned to the holding tank. The keg is blown with compressed air.
    • Pump 2 starts washing with acidified water to neutralize the caustic cleaner
    • The acidified rinsing water is returned to the holding tank. The keg is blown with compressed air.
    • Pump 3 starts washing with water and disinfectant
    • The rinsing water is returned to the holding tank. The keg is blown with compressed air.
    • Final rinse with water
    • The water is drained to waste and the kegs are blown with compressed air
    • The kegs are pressurised with CO2 to the required pressure
    • A green light confirms that the washing cycle has been completed
  • The kegs are manually removed and disconnected
