Roll-on-pilfer-proof caps are made from aluminium. The thread is formed as the cap is applied to the bottle. The rotating capping head descends on the bottle and small wheels mould the cap to the bottle thread and tuck the break-away tamper-evident seal under the rim on the bottle. Capping heads are made specific to each size of cap. Heads can be changed on the machine to allow the application of different sizes of cap with the same machine.

	Machine for table top operation. 4 roller stainless steel capping head Stainless steel frame and case Dual push-button safe operation		This offers the same quality of finish and capping performance as the electro-mechanical model above.  The bottle is lifted by a pneumatic ram into the capping head.  This model is less expensive than the electro-mechanical model but requires a compressed air supply.
