 Hand operated Label Applicator, VL/4
The VL/4 is a very simple hand operated label applicator for application of single self-adhesive labels to cylindrical bottles. This machine ensures accurate and consistent label application at speeds that are difficult to achieve by hand.
- Heavy all stainless steel frame and rollers
- Suitable for use with narrow labels up to full wrap around
- Rotation of the hand wheel dispenses the label and rolls it onto the bottle
- Consistent and even label application

An economical, simple labelling machine for application of self-adhesive labels to cylindrical bottles.
- Applies single labels up to full wraparound or front and back labels if printed alternately on the same backing paper
- Suitable for use with glass and plastic containers
- Optional ink stamp lot marker – for e.g., best before date
- Option to apply labels to square containers
- Stainless steel construction

Semi-automatic labelling machine, VL/1
A substantially built machine with a good range of optional extras. Labels are applied under a pressure of 14kg to reduce the risk of bubbling and wrinkles caused by uneven bottle surfaces.
- Applies single labels up to full wraparound or front and back labels if printed alternately on the same backing paper
- Suitable for use with glass and plastic containers
- Optional ink stamp lot marker – for e.g., best before date
- Option to apply labels to square containers
- Option to apply labels to small or larger bottles (bottles from 35mm to 180mm diameter)
- Option to apply labels to tapered bottles
- Option to apply back label to bottles already bearing a front label
