A simple and highly effective 15 litre plastic “bag-in-a-box” system for the storage and sale of cider or wine. The rigid maroon-coloured plastic case contains a durable, flexible plastic bag with airtight tap. As the wine/cider is drawn off the bag collapses completely, without any air getting in; beverages keep for several months without significant deterioration. The boxes have an indefinite life. The liner bags are good for several refills and can be easily replaced as necessary.
