pneumatic screw cap tightener

Hand-held pneumatic screwdriver with chuck for tightening preformed threaded plastic screw caps. The screwdriver torque can be adjusted to suit the cap and the speed is controlled by hand pressure on the trigger. The tool can be suspended from a counterbalance spring return over a table or conveyor.

This tool ensures consistent application of caps and avoids the risk of repetitive strain from hand application of caps.

N.B. the cap chuck is specific to each cap type. We stock chucks to fit our range of 28 mm MCA2 caps: for other sizes, samples of caps will be required prior to purchase. Delivery will be typically 4 weeks.
