Where large quantities of product are to be pasteurised and, in
particular, where a carbonated product is pasteurised, it is usual
to use a tunnel pasteuriser. In this process the bottled product
is moved by a slow conveyor through an enclosed tunnel where it
is heated and cooled by water. Tunnel pasteurisers are relatively
large machines and require specialist installation. Please ask
