Developed by Vigo for efficient and economical sterilising and rinsing of bottles before filling. Compact design mounted on wheels for easy movement in the bottling room. Low water and power consumption and easy access to all components. Total recycling of sterilising solution giving economy and minimum sulphur smell. Variable rinse volume. Steriliser and rinse functions controlled by fail-safe bottle detectors to prevent spray discharge in the absence of a bottle. Infinitely variable speed drive between 700 and 1350 bottles per hour. Suits a wide range of popular bottle styles and sizes and can be adapted to order to suit unusual bottles. A jet position accuracy of ± 0.5mm allows the machine to be used with 50ml miniature bottles. Price includes one 0.45 micron filter cartridge for rinsing water.
