Volumetric filling

We offer a range of pneumatic volumetric filling machines suitable for filling viscous products, products with suspended solids or virtually any fluid product where a precise volume of product needs to be filled. Suitable for use with jars, tubs, tubes or other open-topped containers.

The Mignon and Dosamatic range of compact benchtop machines offers models to fill between 1 ml and 5 litres at a time. All contact parts are AISI 316 stainless steel or food-grade plastic. Fill levels can be precisely adjusted. There is a wide range of interchangeable valves and nozzles to suit each product type. The machines are very easily dismantled for cleaning. Suitable for use with dairy products, creams, sauces, jams, waxes, cosmetics etc.
