Please note, online orders can only be placed if:

  • The billing and delivery address is within the UK or the Isle of Man. See Delivery for full details

  • The products are available to order online - applicable products will have an ‘Add to Basket’ button on the product page

Step 1

  • If you already have a login, simply login.

  • If you don’t have a login and are a new customer (i.e., you haven't ordered from us before), you need to register. Registering creates your login.

  • If you don’t have a login and are an existing customer, please ask us to set up a login which links to your existing sales account. This is particularly important if you have a 30 day payment account as your login will recognise this when you order. Call us on 01404 892100 or email us at sales@vigoltd.com - please note we are open from Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm.

Step 2
When you have logged in (or registered if a new customer), add the required product(s) to your basket. You are able to amend/remove products in your basket and click Update to show changes. If items are out of stock and are available to 'back order', a notice in red text will appear in your basket to alert you; this will not affect you placing your order online. If items are not available to 'back order', please call us on 01404 892100 for advice.

Step 3
Once your basket is complete click Go to Checkout

Step 4
Check the fields on the Delivery Details page and click on Next Step

Step 5
On the Delivery Method page, select the delivery method. NB: If you have chosen the 'Customer to Collect' option, enter the date you intend to collect the order and the details of the person/carrier collecting in the 'Special Delivery Instructions' box. Click Next Step.

Click to confirm you have read and agree the Terms & Conditions - Buying from this website

Step 7
Select the method of payment:

  1. Pay by credit card - available to customers without a 30 day account; also available to customers with a 30 day account. You will be redirected to SagePay (see Payment for more information). Enter your Card Details and click Proceed; to complete your payment click Proceed
  2. Place order on account – available to 30 day account customers whose login is linked to their sales account. If you have a 30 day account and are not given the option to pay on account, please contact us.

Step 8
You can print a copy of the order you have placed on the Order Received page - click on Print Page

Step 9
Once you have placed your order you will automatically receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order.

Step 10
Your order will be held securely on the website. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for security information. You may view your order(s) at any time via your login.

Step 12
Prior to the despatch of your order, your VAT invoice/despatch confirmation will be emailed to you and at this point the contract is formed between you and Vigo Ltd.

Conditions for online ordering

Please note, online orders can only be placed if the billing and delivery address is within the UK or on the Isle of Man.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently accept online orders from the Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland. Please contact us on 01404 892100 during office hours to place your order.

For orders outside of the UK, please contact us on 01404 892100 or email us at sales@vigoltd.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept online orders for weight in excess of 600kg. Please contact us on 01404 892100 during office hours for a quote for delivery.

Shipment methods

In the event of your order having to be despatched on a pallet, we will contact you after you have placed your order to arrange delivery. Pallet deliveries are normally delivered by C&D.

Carton deliveries are normally delivered by DPD or Fedex.

A signature will be required for all carton and pallet deliveries. If you have not received your delivery within the typical delivery time for the delivery zone (see below), please contact us on 01404 892100 or email us at sales@vigoltd.com.

Small packages are normally delivered by Royal Mail.

Delivery charges

Packing & delivery charges are calculated according to:

Either:

  • the weight of the order
  • the volumetric weight of the order (if the volumetric weight is higher than the weight of the product) - the volumetric weight is based on a formula provided by our carriers
  • specific features of a product which require it to be delivered by a specific method of delivery (e.g., by Special Delivery Royal Mail, or on a pallet)

and...

  • the postcode (based on zones specified by Vigo) of the delivery address

All charges are outlined below and exclude VAT. VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate. Charges include packing.

Ordering online for collection & advising us of collection date

On the Delivery Method page of Checkout, select 'Customer to Collect' from the dropdown and click on Next Step. On the Confirm Order page, check that it says 'Customer to Collect' against Delivery. In the 'Special Delivery Instructions' box please enter the date you intend to collect the goods and the details of the person/carrier who will be collecting if they are collecting on your behalf. Click on Next Step and proceed through the Checkout process. See How to Order for more information.

Account Customers

If you have credit terms with us, e.g., a 30 day account, and your login is linked to your credit account you will be given the option to pay on account, provided your account has not been put "on hold" for any reason. If your account has been put on hold, the method of payment will be by credit/debit card. To request that your login is linked to your credit account, please email accounts@vigoltd.com.

You may also be given the option to pay by credit card instead of paying on account. See Payment by Credit/Debit Card below for full details.

Standard Customers

Customers who have no pre-agreed payments terms will be required to pay by credit/debit card. Full payment is required with order. See Payment by Credit/Debit Card below for full details.
