Shop online - step by step guide

Please note, online orders can only be placed if:

  • The billing and delivery address is within the UK or the Isle of Man. See Delivery for full details

  • The products are available to order online - applicable products will have an ‘Add to Basket’ button on the product page

Step 1

  • If you already have a login, simply login.

  • If you don’t have a login and are a new customer (i.e., you haven't ordered from us before), you need to register. Registering creates your login.

  • If you don’t have a login and are an existing customer, please ask us to set up a login which links to your existing sales account. This is particularly important if you have a 30 day payment account as your login will recognise this when you order and you won't end up with duplicate sales ledger accounts on our system. Call us on 01404 892100 or email us at - please note we are open from Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm.

Step 2
When you have logged in (or registered if a new customer), add the required product(s) to your basket. You are able to amend/remove products in your basket and click Update to show changes. If items are out of stock and are available to 'back order', a notice in red text will appear in your basket to alert you; this will not affect you placing your order online. If items are not available to 'back order', please call us on 01404 892100 for advice.

Step 3
Once your basket is complete click Go to Checkout

Step 4
Check the fields on the Delivery Details page and click on Next Step

Step 5
On the Delivery Method page, select the delivery method. NB: If you have chosen the 'Customer to Collect' option, enter the date you intend to collect the order and the details of the person/carrier collecting in the 'Special Delivery Instructions' box; Click here for further collection information, Click Next Step.

Step 6
Click to confirm you have read and agree the Terms & Conditions - Buying from this website

Step 7
Select the method of payment:

  1. Pay by credit card - NB This option includes debit cards. You will be redirected to SagePay (see Payment for more information). Enter your Card Details and click Proceed; to complete your payment click Proceed
  2. Place order on account – available to 30 day account customers whose login is linked to their sales account. If you have a 30 day account and are not given the option to pay on account, please contact us.

Step 8
You can print a copy of the order you have placed on the Order Received page - click on Print Page

Step 9
Once you have placed your order you will automatically receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order.

Step 10
Your order will be held securely on the website. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for security information. You may view your order(s) at any time via your login.

Step 12
Prior to the despatch of your order, your VAT invoice/despatch confirmation will be emailed to you and at this point the contract is formed between you and Vigo Ltd.
