Herbert Hall wine is sold in some of London's top restaurants and retailers including Le Caprice, The Ivy, Harrods and Fortnum & Mason. Co-owner Nick Hall required a flexible tank capacity with temperature control and a complete overhaul of his used Willmes press.

The Solution
Vigo supplied a range of Speidel variable capacity tanks with external jackets for heating and cooling. Vigo’s engineers installed and commissioned a Kreyer chilling and heating unit (Chilly MAX 50) with ringmain and individual tank temperature control units.
As UK agents for Willmes, Vigo also carried out a complete overhaul of Nick's used Willmes UP1800 press.
