The Mini is a semi-automatic robust corking machine for corking bottles with natural, agglomerate & synthetic still wine corks.

• Production rate up to 1000 bottles per hour, depending on operator
• Preset for standard and synthetic corks 22-26mm Ø x 50 mm high; up to a maximum of 30mm Ø x 50 mm high (on request)
• Cork hopper (aluminium) with capacity for up to 200 corks (manual loading)
• Push button operation
• 4 jaw corking mechanism (2 stainless steel; 2 hardened steel)
• Adjustable height bottle holder plate
• Automatic sensitive lock system to prevent bottle breakages
• Bench top or on stand version with wheels available (see images)
• Painted steel or stainless steel (AISI 204) frame versions available (see images)
• Available with a vacuum kit (to create an automatic vacuum between the wine and the lower part of the cork) or a nitrogen kit (which introduces a small amount of inert gas between the wine and the lower part of the cork)
