Counter Pressure Filling Machines (2-4 Head Models)

We offer a range of manual and semi-automatic isobaric (counter-pressure) fillers for filling carbonated beverages including beer, cider, sparkling wine, soft drinks and sparkling water, ranging from 2-4 filling valves. Available models include:

4 head manual counter pressure filler – 4 nozzles, 200-250 bottles per hour

• Full safety guarding on all sides
• Transparent polycarbonate doors
• Manually operated filling valves
• Manual bottle lift through levers
• Filling tube with rear discharge into inclined bottle to reduce fobbing
• Requires CO2 supply with heated regulator - please see our CO2 Regulator with Heater (part code 61101)

CEM Isobaric Filling Machines

• Model Evo2 V Isobaric Filler – 2 filling valves, up to 100 bottles/hour
• Model Evo 4V - 4L Isobaric Filler - 4 valves, up to 200 bottles/hour
• Model 3 MAG Semi-Automatic Counter Pressure Filler - automatic bottle lifting, suitable for 1.5L, 3L and 6L bottles, 80 bottles/hour

These machines are all constructed in AISI 304 steel to guarantee the highest bottling quality.
