We have a long standing parnership with Cimec, who produce machines suitable for filling with a variety of products. Cimec has a reputation for producing high quality, long lasting machines which will work hard for many years, suitable for both still and sparkling products, including wine, cider, fruit juices, soft drinks, health drinks, beer, water, liqueurs, spirits and vinegar. Application

CIMEC's Gravity Systems:

CIMEC’s ​​gravity, light vacuum and high vacuum fillers are built according to the most advanced technologies, they can fill still products with gravity or light vacuum, having a wide range of filling valves to suit the characteristics of the product.

There are many advantages to filling using light vacuum, better priming and absence of dripping. An optional system allows these valves to prevent air from entering the tank preserving the product’s integrity against oxidation and microbiological pollution.

A high vacuum system is applied for very dense products which exploits the difference in pressure between the filler tank and the bottle.

CIMEC's Counter Pressure / Isobaric Systems:

CIMEC's range of isobaric fillers are produced using the most advanced technologies, guaranteeing reliability and precision for the user.

Both carbonated and still products can be processed withisobaric fillers with a wide choice of CIMEC designed & manufactured filling valves (including DPS, PSL, PS, SL, IS-pet & S valves) to be used according to the characteristics of the product to be bottled.

NEW! CIMEC's Electro-Pneumatic System:

CIMEC's latest innovation includes a new electro-pneumatic filler, where the focus of the project was on the filling valve. The various phases are timed by the operator creating various programs. This guarantees the best result in terms of performance and the safety of repeatability of the values ​​obtained for each individual valve, even when the speed varies, during the entire bottling cycle.

CIMEC's Electro Pnuematic System is capable of handling both carbonated and still products. It is also able to separate the partially oxidized gas remaining in the bottle from the product in the tank, bringing it into an external chamber, so as to ensure zero oxygen increase in the liquid to be bottled preserving its characteristics over time.

CIMEC's Volumetric Systems:

The main characteristic of these machines is the dosage of the product inside the container which can occur via a syringe device, or the filling system can be of electronic type to inductive flow meters for volumetric bulk filling for low conductivity products. This filling technology is able to guarantee the perfect amount of liquid inside the container used. Mainly this system is used with high density products such as sauces and oils, or very foamy such as liquid detergents or similar.
