Semi automatic disgorging, dosing & topping up machine -

This semi-automatic machine allows you to rapidly disgorge, dose and top up English / Welsh sparkling wine (traditional method), Champagne (méthode champenoise) and bottle-fermented ciders.

  • Output up to 150 bottles per hour
  • Hand operated, semi automatic
  • 3 step process to disgorge (removal of crown cap), add liqueur (syrup), and level with wine
  • Includes liqueur tank equipped with compressed air and nitrogen entry, bottle housing device, three way manual exchange valve, automated system for dosage & level controller for levelling phase

This machine will allow you to process up to 150 bottles per hour:

  • Disgorging: the crown cap is removed, forcing out the frozen plug
  • Dosage: the bottle is placed on the inclined base, where a set amount of dosage is added from the stainless steel storage tank
  • Topping up: the bottle is then placed under a filling nozzle where it is topped up to the required level - it is then ready to be corked and wired

  • Bottle type: 750ml / 1500ml Champagne-style
