- Fruit is fed into a washing bath and is elevated into the mill, receiving a spray of water while being elevated
- The fruit is pulverised by a heavy rotor and pulp is discharged through a perforated screen - for different types of fruit, screens can be changed for versions with different sized perforations to optimise the consistency of the pulp for pressing, which can allow you to get optimum juice yields.
- The supply of apples to the mill is automatically regulated by a pressure sensor either on the pomace hopper of the mill or at the press inlet
