Enoveneta PPC-PLUS pneumatic diaphragm semi-hermetic closed presses

PCC PLUS wine presses are manufactured by internationally renowned Enoveneta, who have been manufacturing oenological equipment for over 50 years.

Enoveneta horizontal pneumatic wine presses are designed to maximise grape yields, obtain a gentler pressing action, while reducing processing time. The software allows access to programs and pressing cycle optimisation via a 12" display. The membrane extension enables the press to operate at optimal pressure at full and part-full capacity. An internal device gently breaks up the grape pomace.

This closed version press includes internal drainage channels (see below) which are specifically designed to enable a continuous draining surface and maximise the draining flow, while minimising residue deposits between drains and reducing kneading times. This press allows hermetic closure and maceration inside the cylinder. It also features an inverter for speed control on the cylinder rotations.

  • Available models: PPC 45 PLUS, 70 PLUS, 100 PLUS, 150 PLUS, 250 PLUS, 330 PLUS & 430 PLUS - see Specification for capacities
  • Programmable touch screen PLC containing 6 standard programs and 90 free programs
  • Manufactured to Industry 4.0 technological standard for: control & management via PLC; remote access from PC, smartphone & tablet; remote diagnostics; interconnection between other Industry 4.0 machines already in the winery - *NB Additional router required for connection*
  • Presses whole grapes, destemmed grapes, and fermented mass
  • Large loading hermetic sliding door and large loading pneumatic door
  • Pressing cylinder with trapezoid shaped draining channels (horizontally aligned against one size of the inner wall; 45% drainage surface of cylinder) designed to minimise the accumulation of lees in the crumbling phase, and circular drains positioned in line which each channel for continuous and maximum draining
  • Quick inflation/deflation diaphragm
  • Mechanical chain transmission of cylinder for a smoother, gentler rotation
  • Stainless steel (AISI 304) construction
