Enoveneta Pneumatic diaphragm closed presses, type PPC -

Enoveneta horizontal pneumatic presses are designed to maximise yields, obtain a gentler pressing action, while reducing processing time. The software allows access to programs and pressing cycle optimisation via a 6" display. The membrane extension enables the press to operate at optimal pressure at full and part-full capacity. An internal device gently breaks up the pomace.

This closed version press allows hermetic closure and maceration inside the cylinder. The internal drain is specifically design to enable a continuous draining surface and maximise the draining flow, while minimising residue deposits between drains and reducing kneading times. The press can be quickly dismantled to simplify cleaning.
