Application
Operator manually loads and un-loads the bottles, with automated functions for:
- Removal of the crown cap, forcing out the frozen plug (disgorgement)
- Partial emptying of bottle
- Injection of liqueur (dosage)
- Re-levelling with product
Operator manually moves each bottle to the corking station for semi-automatic corking of champagne corks, then onto wiring station for semi-automatic wire muzzle application.
