Heated CO2 pressure reducing regulators like these are recommended when high pressure CO2 (supplied in cylinders at 300 bar) needs to be reduced to a usable pressure for certain products, e.g., our In Bottle Carbonator (part codes 96330 & 96334) and 4 Head Manual Counter Pressure Filler.

With cylinders supplying CO2 for the products above, we strongly recommend the use of heated regulators to ensure a constant carbonation level in the product. If a non-heated regulator is used then ice can form on the outside of the regulator causing fluctuations in pressure affecting the level of carbonation; eventually the regulator may stop working altogether and no carbonation will be carried out.

  • Outlet gauge enables direct low pressure reading
  • Two independent heating elements controlled by thermostat
  • Stabilized temperature up to 30 lpm continuous CO2 flow
  • Overheating protection with resettable thermal fuse
  • Suitable for BS8 cylinder fittings

NB Servicing or repairs of these regulators must be carried out by an authorised repairer for a full overhaul. We are not authorised repairers. Please refer to the manufacturer's instructions (supplied with this product) for more information.

NB The user needs to carry out a risk assessment prior to using this product and carry out on-going assessments.
