Dosing Machines

We've launched a range of volumetric machines which precisely dose/fill viscous food products of small or large quantities into a wide variety of container types, including jars, bottles and pouches.

The Doselite and Dosematic Plus are ideal for fine food producers of jams, honey, sauces, pesto, mayonnaise, yogurt, pastes, bolognaise, spirits, oils and more!

Made from high grade stainless steel, the machines are customised with valves and nozzles to suit the product and filling container. Valves and nozzles can be supplied for:

• Thick products including sauces (e.g., bolognese, pesto, mayonaise, chocolate, etc.), jams, syrups, honey, yoghurt, pastes (e.g., chocolate, etc.), cosmetics (e.g., creams, gels, lotions, scrubs, pastes, nail varnishes, purfumes, etc.) and detergents - shut off valves are supplied for dosing hot sticky products such as honey
• Slightly viscous liquids, such as wine, liqueurs, spirits and oils
• Free running still liquid

Anti-drip nozzles, anti-foam nozzles, spray defuser nozzles, 8 hole nozzles, muti-dispenser device, etc., all available.

Optional accessories include hoppers (heated if necessary; with pressing/push-down system if necessary - for pastes, doughy products, or gelato); heating element for cylinder; mobile handle (hand-held) valve; Doypack pouch filling device, etc.

All the components are designed to be easily disassembled for easy cleaning – with no tools required.

The Doselite doses quantities between 0 and 1,300ml; and the Dosematic from 200 to 5,000ml. Doses can be issued individually via pedal control, or automatically at regular intervals.

Both machines are operated with compressed air and so you don’t need electricity or external pumps.

They are available in bench-top versions or mounted on a trolley.
