The Brief
Belleville Brewing Co in London make a core range of US style ales & lagers. Co-founder Adrian Thomas' aims were:
- To Increase brewing capacity
- To incorporate cans & kegs in their packaging range
- An efficient production line in a limited space
- To make consistently good beer
The Solution
After comprehensive layout planning and discussions, we supplied and installed the following for Belleville:
- ABE 20 BBL 3 vessel semi-automatic brewhouse with hot liquor tank, cold liquor tank, fermentation tanks and bright beer tanks
- ABE LinCan15 complete linear canning system
- Malek-Brautek MONOCLEAN semi-automatic keg cleaning machine, which cleans at 15 kegs per hour
The Result
While it's nice to dream of sparkling copper kettles and fully-automated breweries, brewing for us is a mental and physical challenge. We want to be able to brew any beer style we desire and this kit is designed and built to do just that.
