Mash Houses

As part of our distillery equipment range at Vigo, we have partnered with industry leading manufacturer ABE Beverage Equipment to provide a range of mash houses for spirit producers. Mash houses are a fundamental part of the distillery production process, used to produce the wort or mash that forms the foundation of whisky, gin, vodka and other spirits.

Available in 3.5 to 14 BBL-UK (5 to 60 BBL-US) capacities, ABE mash houses are steam jacketed with an auto rake and plow option for easy mixing and automatic spent-grain removal, and feature easily adjustable pumps, motors and temperatures. Whether you are setting up a new distillery or expanding an existing operation, our mash houses are available in a range of capacities to suit distilleries of all scales. Our team of specialist engineers provide installation and commissioning, with full technical support and training provided.
