Ordering online

It is our number one priority to protect our staff and support our customers while the government restrictions are in place in response to the Coronavirus. As a result, we are currently operating on reduced staffing levels.

We are still able to receive orders and despatch orders. However, we may not be able to despatch orders for next day delivery; please call us on 01404 892 100 to enquire. Please note that during this time, some orders may take an extra day or two to arrive.

While restrictions are in place, we cannot receive customers on site to purchase or collect goods. If you usually visit us to purchase and/or collect goods, you will need to to order online (or by phone) and use our delivery service.

New customer?

You can order online if your address is in the UK or Isle of Man. Simply click on the person icon (top right), click on the Register button under 'Not Registered?', enter all your details and you will be able to order straight away. Existing customer?

Enter your details on the Contact Us page, and in the message box ask us to set up a login for you which links to your Vigo account. We can usually do this within one working day.
