Automatic semi-rotary labeller for champagne bottles

This automatic semi-rotary machine is a fast labeller for use in English / Wine sparkling wine production (traditional method), Champagne production (méthode champenoise) and bottle-fermented cider production. It can label up to 1,200 champagne / sparkling wine bottles per hour.

  • Capacity up to 1,200 bottles per hour
  • Designed for use in line or as an independent stand-alone unit with up to three labelling stations (front, back, & neck) Capable of applying a single label or front and back labels in one pass (with labels printed alternately in the same roll or with second labelling station), champagne foils (with or without medal), and a neck label.
  • Single head capsule distributor with inclined magazine for foils
  • Optical orientation of champagne foil through rotating holding cup equipped with stepper motor
  • Double pneumatic head for foils
  • Accumulation board, idler & drive
  • Touch screen control and capacity to memorise 30 different formats of label
  • Full guarding to CE standards
