This Enolmaster, manufactured by Tenco, has a pneumatic vacuum pump (as opposed to an electric vacuum pump) and so is ideal for filling glass bottles with high alcohol percentage (more than 40%) products, such as spirits.

  • 4 head
  • Easy to use
  • Designed for spirits with an ABV over 40%
  • Uses a simple filling method - the vacuum pump removes air from the bottle and draws the product via vacuum from a container into the bottle, without the product coming into contact with the pump or any mechanical parts - filling stops when the correct fill level is reached
  • Adjustable fill level
  • Fills up to 500 bottles per hour, depending on the viscosity of the product
  • Stainless steel filling nozzles
  • Pyrex vessel
  • Optional in-line cartridge filter available - See Tandem Professional filter housing for Enolmaster (part code95370), available separately
  • Supplied with standard nozzles (see Application) - for different nozzles to fill miniature bottles and bottles of other shapes - please call us on 01404 892 100 to discuss

NB A compressor is required to operate this product - see Specification for the compressor requirements.

NB If using for sugary liqueurs or products containing sugar, the Oil Bath Filter for Pneumatic Enolmaster (part code 72652) must be used to protect the Enolmaster's vacuum pump from damage

NB Should you need them in the future, spare / replacement stainless steel nozzles for this filler can be ordered online - see Stainless Steel Nozzle (part code 72539)

Please see Closures for our range of caps and corks for glass bottles.

Please see the Fillers category in Catalogue for our full range of filling machines.

Tenco

Tenco specialise in machinery for filling semi-liquid and liquid products for beverage, food & pharmaceutical industries. We have supplied Tenco vacuum fillers for many years and they remain hugely popular for filling both liquid & semi-viscous products. We also supply Tenco volumetric fillers for filling thick products.

Here are some of the reasons why we choose Tenco:

  • Tenco are innovators: Founder Giuseppe Tenco developed a table-top filler originally for wine manufactured with robust materials, which was easy to use and clean, which he called the 'Enolmatic'; the Enolmatic soon became the filling machine which made the name Tenco known all over the world, swiftly followed by the Enolmaster. The company expanded and began developing and manufacturing filling technologies for a very wide range of liquid, semi-viscous, and viscous products, including spirits, liqueurs, syrups, vinegar, fruit juice, oils, chocolate, jam, sauces, honey, and oils.
  • Tenco machines are designed for small and medium sized producers and are ideal for pilot product development
  • Tenco's production values remain unchanged - intelligent technology and the best materials
