Simple and effective syphon filling machines, ideal for filling bottle conditioned beers. The long filling tubes and gentle flow reduce fobbing.

Suitable for filling bottles with a fill level of up to 65 mm - the typical maximum for beer bottles.

NB Not suitable for filling bottles with lower fill levels typical for hot-filled or pasteurised products such as apple juice. Not suitable for dairy products, nor viscous products.

Use with the Speidel Plastic Tank (part codes 92410, etc.) for a header tank, and the Connection Kit (part code 96381) to connect the filler to the tank

Features

Ideal for filling bottle conditioned beer
Bottles are filled gently via long filling tubes to reduce fobbing
Manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel
The level of liquid in the reservoir of the filler determines the fill level in the bottle
Adjustable fill level is controlled by a float valve which can be set by adjusting the float mounting
Requires a supply tank positioned slightly above the filler (to give a gravity feed to filler outlet), a low pressure delivery pump, or pressure tank delivery
