Speidel's GÄRSPUNDmobil fermentation monitor allows the fermenting process to be supervised from a distance. It measures the fermenting activity by counting the number of "Blops" that take place in your airlock as well as the temperature and sends the data to your MySpeidel login. You can use this information to supervise and analyse the fermenting process, helping you to predict and plan the bottling date better.
- Use the data to identify the correlation between the fermentation curve, the temperature curve and the taste of your beer, thereby optimising your brewing process
