Ordering online for collection & advising us of collection date
Our click and collect service is currently in operation, provided you notify us in advance when you are going to collect. In the Basket, in the Delivery dropdown select 'Collect at Store' from the dropdown. In the 'Collection Instructions' box please enter the date and approximate time you intend to collect the goods and the details of the person/carrier who will be collecting if they are collecting on your behalf. [NB We require at least 1 hour's notice for collections.] Click on Next Step. On the 'Confirm Order' page, check that it says 'Customer to Collect' against Delivery. Click on Next Step and proceed through the Checkout process.
Please note, It is our number one priority to protect staff and support our customers in response to Covid-19, therefore you are required to follow our Covid-safety rules while on site. These are outlined below.
1. You must be free of Covid-19 symptoms
2. You must not have been in contact with any person showing symptoms of the virus in the previous 14 days
3. You must wear a mask on site and sanitise your hands
4. You must respect the 2m social distancing in force on site

Our standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays and our Christmas & New Year break (see above).
