If you are thinking about new equipment for grape transfer, destemmering, crushing and/or pressing this year, Enoveneta are worth serious consideration.

Enoveneta has been manufacturing oenological equipment in northeast Italy for over 60 years and is owned and run by the Fiorin family. Its growth from an owner-managed business to an internationally renowned manufacturer with over 80 specialist staff is testament to the knowledge and energy of its founder, Nedo Fiorin, and the vision of the next generation of the family - Cristina, Daniela, Paolo and Renato (as pictured). Originally focusing on the Italian market, 70% of Enoveneta's current production supplies the international market. With a subsidiary in France (set up in 2010), it supplies all major European winemaking countries, and to date has installed machines in over 45 countries, including USA, Argentina, Canada and Brazil.

Here are some additional reasons why we chose to make Enoveneta products part of our product offering:

  • They strive for 'continuous perfection and innovation'of their products
  • Their equipment is well designed, robust, and user-friendly
  • They invest heavily inresearch & development
  • They are TÜV SÜD certified, to ensure quality, reliability & consistency during manufacturing and construction
  • They are SCI ISO 9001 certified, operating via a stringent quality management system, which includes rigorous ongoing reviews
  • They manufacture their equipment themselves in Italy and so are in full control of the production process
  • Their pneumatic presses & pumps are manufactured to Industry 4.0 technological standard for: control & management via PLC; remote access from PC, smartphone & tablet; remote diagnostics; interconnection between other Industry 4.0 machines already in the winery
  • Their equipment is competitively priced
  • They believe in being as sustainable as they can and so have their own solar panel plant

Case Studies

The case study videos on Enoveneta's YouTube channel demonstrate how key their equipment is to various wineries/wine estates throughout Italy, both small and large, as well as their ability to provide complete customised systems. We particularly recommend the case study on the Parco del Venda winery, which produces still red, still white and sparkling wine; the video focuses in on the PPC-70-PLUS press with inert gas injection system, and features the TOP40 destemmer.

The case studies below represents just 2 of the vineyards we've supplied Enoveneta equipment to. Please ask us about the rest.
