These gravity feed fillers allow you to fill bottles with still products quickly and easily, with an accurate and consistent fill level. This 4 head machine is very simple to operate, and the fill level is easily adjusted.

4 nozzle
Filling capacity of up to 110 litres per hour per nozzle (depending on operator, bottle size and product being filled)
Can be fed either from a header tank or directly from a centrifugal pump fitted with a bypass
Stainless steel construction
Floor standing version, as opposed to benchtop

Application

Suitable for filling still non-viscous products, with the exceptions below:

Bottle information:

Standard nozzles have an outer diameter of 14mm which is suitable for most conventional bottle types (12mm nozzles are available on request for narrow mouth bottles and 16mm nozzles for faster filling of large volume containers)

Suitable for use with bottles from 200ml to 5 litres capacity, including plastic cider flagons with mouth diameters of up to 35mm
