STS S1Z AVV automatic linear labeller

The S1Z AVV is manufactured by STS, who have over 20 years' experience designing and manufacturing automatic labelling machines for the food, drink and pharmaceutical sectors. STS labelling machines are renowned for their functionality. The S1ZAVV is a fast machine, which can label up to 2,500 bottles per hour.

  • Up to 2,500 bottles per hour
  • Designed for use in line or as an independent stand-alone unit with one label dispensing station
  • Capable of applying a single label to bottles, up to wrap-around (to maximum length of 150 mm or, optionally, 200 mm)
  • Belt label smoothing
  • Machine adjustable to handle bottles from 60 mm to 120 mm diameter
  • Label application tolerance +/-1 mm (subject to bottle tolerances)
  • Control board with microprocessor
  • DC stepper motor
  • Stainless steel construction with some painted aluminium components
  • Supplied guarded to CE standards (photos show unguarded version for visibility purposes)
  • Machine equipped with one set of change parts for one bottle format; optional change parts available for additional bottle types

  • Label roll dimensions: outside Ø max 250 mm / core Ø min 56 - max 76 mm
  • Min distance between labels: 4 mm
  • Max backing paper width: front & back 150 mm / neck labels 50 mm

  • Labels must be outside wound, left hand edge leading
