Tunnel pasteurisers

Tunnel pasteurisers are used where large quantities of product are to be pasteurised, and are especially useful if the product is carbonated.

Filled and capped bottles pass through the tunnel on a slow conveyor, where they are heated and cooled by a shower of water.

Tunnel pasteurisers can be easily integrated into a bottling and labelling lineand are ideal for use with CIMEC automatic filling lines and STS automatic Labelling Machines - see the Labellers category in Catalogue.

Installed & commissioned by our Engineers.

Please call us on 01404 892100 to discuss your pasteurisation requirements.

Please see the customer Case Study, which features a tunnel pasteuriser.
