Enoveneta PPA pneumatic diaphragm open presses

PCA wine presses are manufactured by internationally renowned Enoveneta, who have been manufacturing oenological equipment for over 50 years.

Enoveneta horizontal pneumatic wine presses are designed to maximise grape yields, obtain a gentler pressing action, while reducing processing time. The software allows access to programs and pressing cycle optimisation via a 12" display. The membrane extension enables the press to operate at optimal pressure at full and part-full capacity. An internal device gently breaks up the grape pomace.

This open version press includes drainage perforations along the wall of the cylinder, the narrowness and quantity of which have been configured to improve the separation between the solids and the juice.
