As part of our equipment offering for juice producers at Vigo, we design and manufacture our range of pasteurisers. Millions of bottles of premium apple juice are made every year using our Vigo in-bottle pasteurisers, with the ability for pasteurising between 500 and 800 bottles of apple juice a day (depending on operator and type of product).

Additionally, our Vigo flash pasteurisers enable increase the rate of juice production, when compared with the in bottle pasteurisation method, by heating product to a high temperature for a short length of time in a continuous flow.
