NB This product was added to our range because Erbsloh discontinued Combigel (a gelatine-milk caseinate-isinglass derivative), due to declining sales which they attributed to the obligation to label caseins. They recommend VinoGel instead, which is a casein-free.

Unfortunately, once current stock of this product is sold we can no longer supply it due to the onerous import controls on products containing animal derivatives. We are sorry about this.

Please see the Additives & Treatments category in Catalogue for our full range of treatments (including enzymes, acidity balancers, sweeteners, etc.).

For drink production equipment and other consumables please see the relevant categories in Catalogue.
