Disgoring & Dosage

As part of our winery equipment range at Vigo, we supply a range of wine disgorging, dosing and topping up equipment for English / Welsh /Scottish / Irish sparkling wines (traditional method) and Champagnes (méthode champenoise) - manufactured by the renowned Barida International. Our range includes pupitres and automatic riddling (remuage) machines, and neck freezers.

The semi-manual and semi-automatic machines are stand-alone. Fully automated wine disgorgement and dosing equipment can be used as a standalone with independent conveyor, or our engineers can install in-line with additional equipment automated corking/wiring, shaking and exterior washing machines.
