Enoveneta PEV peristaltic pumps

The PEV range of peristalic (rotary) pumps are designed to gently pump liquids and products of various densities, including whole, de-stemmed, crushed and fermented grapes*. They can also be used to decant sparkling wine. Manufactured by internationally renowned Enoveneta, who have been manufacturing oenological equipment for over 50 years, the range covers pumping speeds of 6 to 56 tonnes per hour, depending on the model.

The product is gently displaced through tubing by rollers which rotate and squeeze the tube against the pump housing.
