For treatment of young wine. Has an excellent clarification effect, harmonises flavours and improves filtration at the same time. The product also has a high affinity to tannins which, as a result leads to a reduction of tannic substances. Can be used in conjunction with silica sol.

NB This product was added to our range because Erbsloh discontinued Combigel (a gelatine-milk caseinate-isinglass derivative), due to declining sales which they attributed to the obligation to label caseins. They recommend VinoGel instead, which is a casein-free.

Unfortunately, once current stock of this product is sold we can no longer supply it due to the onerous import controls on products containing animal derivatives. We are sorry about this.
